Yuba County Supervisors are now dispersing $20 million in sales tax spoils from their Measure K win. Measure K was passed by voters November 3, 2018 with 53.04% deciding to give more money to government. Measure K added 1% to the state tax rate of 7.25% for purchases in the unincorporated areas of Yuba County (excludes Marysville and Wheatland).

On Tuesday August 24, both Yuba and Sutter County Boards of Supervisors cancelled public meetings with more Covid excuses. Nearly 100 citizens took time off work and gathered outside the normal meeting places to protest both vaccine mandates and passports.

Remember in early 2020 when Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx rolled-out the snake oil show that there was this super fatal and super contagious virus that would kill millions of Americans? They said to order refrigerated trucks for the piles of bodies and buy plenty of bags to put cadavers in. They offered no medication, just mandates, hospitalization and ventilators.

It may be impossible for Americans today to imagine the mindset of the founding fathers. Founders both feared and detested government. So, they created a very limited federal government to protect the colonies / states from foreign enemies.

America seems comfortable with the government and media censoring stories that contradict the anointed narrative. As a result those people anchored to main stream media act like they inherited the stupid gene. You know, like the gay gene. They will make good compliant communists.

The American medical community for years benefitted from the independence of its doctors and researchers to solve health mysteries and do what is best for patients. Lives were saved and improved by the “competition” and independent approach. Yet there was also a spirit of cooperation as well.

On July 22, 2021 three activist judges of the Third Appellate District - Sacramento overturned the decision of Yuba County Superior Court Judge Stephen Berrier. Berrier’s ruling invalidated the controversial and deceptive sales tax Measure K (Nov 6, 2018 ballot).
