Every election government wants more money. If a voter believed he had to pay off the bond himself, no revenue measure would ever pass. However, the massive nature of government, hundreds of thousands of employees and trillions of dollars in budgets obscure what is really happening to most citizens.

Tyrants create oppressive rules that make criminals out of law-abiding citizens. That is happening all over America. Those good citizens that understand the times then knowingly violate arbitrary and lawless regulations pledging their allegiance instead to the Constitution.

Governor Newsom, the smartest guy ever on any subject, was in the area last week shrouded in smoke and proclaiming climate change as the instigator for his state ablaze again. Give him credit for sticking with a narrative. He bristled at suggestions that nonsensical liberal forest management led to yet another inferno.

“Covid is extremely deadly and so contagious” until a bureaucrat says it isn’t. The Yuba City Council Chambers were Covid-free until a citizen came to the meeting uninvited. And, he refused to wear a muzzle. That made him super pernicious. The council may not be that smart but they aren’t stupid. Covid wasn’t the issue, it was all about an arbitrary council rule that violated the fellow’s Constitutional rights.

Golden State Water Company (GSWC) has been courting the Sutter County Supervisors for years to win the right to serve proposed developments in South Sutter County. Every year around the holidays GSWC would purchase hundreds of turkeys to donate to residents and give the politicians the credit and the photo-op.

No fan of Governor Gray Davis, it was still a shock when he was petitioned to be recalled and then actually voted out October 7, 2003! There was plenty wrong with the state then, utility and pension plan corruption, the spiking of motor vehicle fees, and a huge raise for state correctional officers to get Davis re-elected. Davis was the first California Governor to be recalled and the second in US history.

Germans have been the most aggressive at resisting the totalitarian measures (masks, socialist distancing, closed businesses and schools, house arrest for the healthy) of the faux pandemic called Covid 19. Saturday, August 29th, organizers in Berlin hoped for a half million people but some media estimated 38,000 were in attendance. Hundreds were arrested.

Since Yuba County’s illegal sales tax ordinance Measure K took effect in April 2019 nearly $6 million (approx. $10,000/day) has been taken from consumers. Though opponents challenged the tax ordinance and prevailed in Superior Court, Yuba County Supervisors appealed the ruling of Judge Stephen Berrier. The case now waits in the Appellate Court for a hearing.

A friend posed a question on social media regarding the Corona Virus ‘psyop’ - “Tell me again how good that Kool Aid is?” above which she posted the ailments from the World Health Organization that kill people. Comparatively, Corona is a ‘Nothing Burger,’ but few people have the ‘Spaldings’ to say so, fearing they will be publicly shamed.

Two weeks ago, in Boise, Idaho to train new Trauma Intervention Program recruits, there was a stand-off between patriots and Black Lives Matter (BLM) anarchists. An estimated 3,000 conservative locals with weapons gathered in liberal Boise so BLM decided to postpone their fit. BLM prefers the opposition to be an arthritic elderly couple or a pregnant female walking a toddler.

Adley Stump, a singer and former contestant on The Voice, created a Corona Virus briefing video now gone viral on social media. The 31-year-old host of The Adley Show on Facebook did not write the script whose author chose to remain anonymous. The briefing text captures the government’s nonsensical over-kill to corral the common cold and destroy the nation.

The Founding Fathers were far smarter than ‘leaders’ today. That is clear from a casual reading of their writings and their fabulous success culturally and economically in launching the nation.

On November 6, 2018 voters were snookered by Yuba County government in a heads - govt. wins, tails - citizens lose, 1% sales tax increase called Measure K.

Yuba-Sutter Dr. Rachet’s current Corona order to again close selected businesses is arbitrary, unscientific and a violation of the owners’ Constitutional rights. The threat of force without due process is unbridled discretion.
